Valentina’s practice mainly focuses on commercial and corporate law in domestic and cross-border transactions.

Valentina is particularly interested in international law: she works with the team of Private International Law at the University of Milan-Law School, where she carries out her studies on private international case law in Europe and the United States. Lately, she has focused on the issue of the “minimum contact test” in connection with electronic contracts and extensively researched on this element as applied by U.S. Courts in their jurisdiction analysis.
