Gabriele’s practice focuses on dispute resolution and regulatory matters, in particular in the banking and financial markets fields. During his years of legal practice, he has assisted several banks and financial institutions in a number of disputes concerning investment and financial instruments.

Gabriele has also gained a significant experience assisting clients on a variety of labor and regulatory issues connected with agency in financial intermediation, including contractual claims arising out of the termination of agency relations.
