Francesca Andrea Cantone developed a strong expertise in corporate law. Recently, she has been involved in a major corporate reorganization of one of the biggest groups worldwide of office solution products, which included the conversion of companies, a stock acquisition, an asset purchase agreement and a merger.

Additionally, she has dealt with corporate law matters, also in litigation; she provided assistance in a sophisticated dispute among shareholders governed by the special proceedings applicable to corporate cases.
