Andrea provides legal assistance to national and multinational companies on commercial and corporate law issues.  He has developed considerable experience in providing strategic advice on a variety of civil and commercial issues, as well as in drafting and negotiating a wide range of national and international contracts.  He has recently focused on agreements in the field of alternative energies, and he is also professor assistant in Private Law at the University of Milan. Andrea is also an expert in national and international litigation and arbitration and has often turned frictions into negotiation opportunities, either preventing litigation or achieving win-win amicable settlements.

Andrea's international DNA tracks back since his International School of Milan, his university studies, and post-graduate International Law and Business Contracts specialization courses in London. In 2005, 2006 and 2007 Andrea has been featured on London’s “Business City Guide” in association with TIMES Online. In 2012 Andrea has been assigned to the Trade and Investment Section of the European Union Delegation to China and Mongolia in Beijing. Andrea is currently based in Milan, as head of ILF's “Team Asia”.

Co-author in UTET's book series on "Private Law in the Court Decisions" ( "Il Diritto Privato nella Giurisprudenza" series, UTET, 2004), Andrea has also prepared various seminars' materials in Bankruptcy, Commercial, Competition, European Union, IPR law.
