  • Our restructuring experience includes the full breadth of activities related to change of control, divestiture, liquidation, out-of-court restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
  • We assist clients in restructuring their businesses and structuring their employment agreements and advise them with regard to compliance with Italian labor laws and any applicable collective bargaining agreements, as well as give practical advice on specific issues (e.g., incentives, pension rights, disciplinary codes, employment policies).  Our expertise includes employees’ termination, collective dismissals, access to welfare programs for temporary suspension of business activity and other redundancy programs, including negotiations with trade unions.
