Banking and Finance

  • Our founding partner, Gabriele Bernascone, has consistently been recognized as one of Italian “legal experts” in the areas of Banking and Finance (see, e.g. Legal 500 and European Legal Experts). He has co-authored the English translation of the Italian Banking Law (Kluwer/IPSOA, 1994) and has published several articles in the field of banking and finance.
  • We assist banks and multinational corporations in their financing and guaranty agreements. We have recently completed project finance transactions in the renewable energy industries and have developed specific skills in understanding financing of solar parks and relating security packages.
  • The firm advises clients in investments and financial transactions and, in particular, in securities matters, including mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities transactions involving a wide variety of structures.
